Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invalidate authentication of a user before permission of connection to a terminal device 4 as the connection is terminated. SOLUTION: An SSE21 transmits a connection request signal to request permission of connection between the terminal device 4 and a communication destination to an SSC31. The SSC31, if an IP address of the terminal device 4 in the connection request signal is stored in a subscriber data storage unit 314, directs the SSE21 to permit connection between the terminal device 4 and the communication destination. Further, the SSC31, if a disconnection request signal to request disconnection of the connection is transmitted from the SSE21, directs the SSE21 to prohibit the connection. The SSE21 sets the connection between the terminal device 4 and the communication destination to be permitted or prohibited according to directions from the SSC31. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
