SELF-SERVICE TERMINAL EQUIPMENT AND GUIDANCE SCREEN CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide self-service terminal equipment and a guidance screen control method for suppressing the increasing of program development quantity, the deterioration of maintainability and changeability, and the like while notifying a user of proper guidance information when an error or the like occurs in an input/output device. SOLUTION: Self-service terminal equipment 100 includes: at least one input/output device; a user program execution unit 110 for executing various processes for user provision of the self-service terminal equipment 100; a manager program execution unit 130 for executing various processes for manager provision of the self-service terminal equipment 100; and an input/output interface control unit 120 for performing the input/output control of the input/output device.
