Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-water separator which can further reduce carry-under. SOLUTION: The air-water separator 6 has a stand pipe 7, a diffuser 8, a swirler 9 and three-stage air-water separation components 10a to 10c. The diffuser 8 is placed at the upper end of the stand pipe 7 and the swirler 9 is set up in the diffuser 8. An internal cylinder 11a and a pick-off ring 13a are mounted on the upper ends of the diffuser 8 and the internal cylinder 11a respectively. An external cylinder 12a forming a drain passage 15a between itself and the internal cylinder 11a is placed on the pick-off ring 13a. A bubble recovery chamber 22 made at the lower end of the drain passage 15a is formed between partition members 21 and the external cylinder 12a. An annular plate 20 located below the external cylinder 12a is mounted on the outer face of a conduit line 22. Exhaust ports 18a are formed between the annular plate 20 and the lower end of the external cylinder 12a. Bubbles separated from water flowing through a bending section 25 are recovered in the bubble recovery chamber 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
