Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature and humidity adjusting device capable of simultaneously and properly adjusting a temperature and a humidity of the airflow, and saving energy. SOLUTION: This temperature and humidity adjusting device comprises a temperature adjusting device 50 of A, a humidity controlling device 52 of B, a first temperature sensor 24 for detecting a temperature of the outlet air passing through a second cooler 66, a second heater 64, a first cooler 16 and a first heater 14, and a first humidity sensor 136 for detecting a humidity of the outlet air. The air as an temperature and humidity adjustment object passes through the second cooler 66, the second heater 64, the first cooler 16 and the first heater 14, so that the passing air is adjusted to the required temperature and moisture by the humidity controlling device 52 of B, and adjusted to the desired temperature and humidity by the temperature adjusting device 50 of A.
