BAKING DEVICE FOR BAKED CONFECTIONERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking device for baked confectionery, enabling the installation to be carried out even in a narrow installation space, capable of being miniaturized easily, and capable of efficiently baking the much baked confectionery well. SOLUTION: The baking device for the baked confectionery is equipped with: a dough-feeding device 20 for ejecting a measured dough material fed from a dough hopper filled with the dough material for the baked confectionery into a measuring feeding part, from an ejecting nozzle; a baking metal plate 11 horizontally axially supported so as to be turnable around a vertical rotary shaft, and for carrying the dough material fed from the ejecting nozzle 23 of the dough-feeding device 20; a rotatably driving mechanism 9 for rotatably driving the baking metal plate 11 by a motor 8; and a heater 12 arranged at the lower side of the baking metal plate 11 and for heating the baking metal plate 11. The baking metal plate 11 is formed into a ring-shaped disk shape having a center-opening part 11a at the center, and formed out of one metal plate without joint. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
