CONGESTION CONTROL METHOD, CONGESTION CONTROL EQUIPMENT, AND CONGESTION CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a congestion control method congestion control equipment, and a congestion control system which can perform congestion control suitable also to a communication node belonging to another communication network, not through an operator of the network. SOLUTION: Congestion control equipment 1 belonging to a first communication network 10 receives the congestion detection information from a congestion node 11a. Then, the congestion control equipment 1 calculates a transmittable calling-number partition value which is the calling number transmittable to the congestion node 11a from each communication node 11 and a transmittable calling-number partition value which is the calling number transmittable to the congestion node 11a from a second congestion control equipment 2 subject to a second communication network 20. Then, the congestion control equipment 1 transmits the congestion control request information showing the calculated transmittable calling-number partition value to the congestion control equipment 2. The congestion control equipment 2 which receives the congestion control request information calculates a transmittable calling-number partition value of each communication node 21 and transmits it to the communication node 21 to perform the congestion control.
