MOVING IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, MOVING IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD, AND MOVING IMAGE PROCESSING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image processing device and method which provides lower power consumption and lower cost by reducing a storage capacity and a band for frame rearrangement when performing demosaic processing and compressed stream generation from image data outputted from a color image sensor. SOLUTION: The moving image processing device includes: a frame rearrangement unit 130 which rearranges a frame sequence having a first data format output from an imaging unit 110 in association with the order in which the compressed stream is processed; a color image generation unit 140 which converts the first data format of the frame sequence rearranged by the frame rearrangement unit 130 into a color image; and a moving image compression unit 150 which encodes and compresses the frame sequence converted into the color image, based on a difference between a plurality of frames preceding and following in time.
