Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance measuring device capable of measuring a local impedance of a cell in a fuel cell stack. SOLUTION: A first plate-like member 200 which is arranged neighboring a cell 10a, and in which a first conductive part 201 is formed corresponding to a local site of the cell 10a, a second plate-like member 300 which is arranged neighboring a side opposing to the first plate-like member 200 in the cell 10a, and in which a second conductive part 301 is formed corresponding to the local site of the cell 10a in order to become paired with the first conductive part 201, current detecting means 51, 101 to detect a current flowing in the first conductive part 201, a voltage detecting means 102 to detect a potential difference of the first conductive part 201 and the second conductive part 301, a sine-wave applying means 13 to apply a sine-wave signal to the current detecting means and an output signal of the voltage detecting means while changing frequencies, and an impedance calculating means 51 to calculate the impedance from the output signals of the current detecting means and the voltage detecting means to which the sine-wave is applied are arranged.
