CELL DELAY LIBRARY AND METHOD OF CREATING THE SAME, AND DELAY ANALYSIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance precision of a delay model that a cell delay library provides. SOLUTION: A method of creating a cell delay library for statistical STA is provided. The creation method comprises steps of: (A) providing a delay model (linear function) which gives cell delay values depending on the variation in a model parameter of a transistor which constitutes a cell; (B) performing a circuit simulation using a plurality of simulation points of the model parameter to calculate a plurality of cell delay values that correspond to the plurality of respective simulation points; (C) determining a constant term and a sensitivity coefficient of the delay model by moment-matching the plurality of cell delay values with the delay model; and (D) creating the cell delay library which provides the constant term and the sensitivity coefficient.
