LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display provided with a liquid crystal phase part without alignment disturbance on a region providing a phase difference and provided with an integral phase difference layer by providing an isotropic phase part without performing heating treatment. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display 1 provided with a reflective display region R and a transmissive display region T in one pixel region by sandwiching a liquid crystal layer 300 between a pair of substrates includes an optical layer 30 having a first optical layer 30r having optical anisotropy to visible light by being arranged on the reflective display region R and a second optical layer 30t not having optical anisotropy to visible light by being arranged on the transmissive display region T in the side of the liquid crystal layer 300 of one substrate 200 out of the pair of the substrates. The second optical layer 30t is formed by dispersing a decomposition product of a non-liquid crystal positive photosensitive resin in a polymer of a liquid crystal material of photo-polymerization.
