Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable environment by opening and closing an electric shutter in response to the weather, and automatically introducing outside air into a room when the weather is favorable. SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 7 detecting the atmospheric pressure is arranged in a room side not influence by outside wind, and by opening or closing the louver type electric shutter 13 in response to output of the pressure sensor 7 by a solenoid 6 and supplying outdoor air into the room or cutting off the outdoor air, the air intake openable or closable in response to the weather can be provided.
