Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device of simple structure capable of braking with a quick response so as to stop wheels when the wheels are rotated at a predetermined speed or higher. SOLUTION: When rear wheels 18 are rotated, an axle 20 is rotated around a shaft, and rotation of the axle 20 is transmitted to a coiled wire 56 through a bevel gear 58. With rotation of the coiled wire 56, a disk 40 is rotated in the horizontal direction, and with rotation of the disk 40, a steel ball 50 is moved to a peripheral edge of the disk 40 by centrifugal force. When rotation exceeds a constant speed, the steel ball 50 moves upward in inclination of a guide member 46, and the steel ball 50 is brought in contact with a friction plate 52 so as to generate friction. Rotation of the disk 40 is braked by friction between the steel ball 50 and the friction plate 52, and the rear wheels 18 are braked. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
