METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PLACING CONCRETE FOR CONCRETE-MADE TANK ROOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and device for placing concrete by feeding concrete continuously. SOLUTION: In this method for placing concrete, carriers provided in both of end parts of a temporary beam 4 extended in the direction of diameter above a steel roof 3 are mounted on temporary rails 7 provided over the whole periphery on side wall concrete 2. A branched pipe 8 for pressure-feeding concrete is supported on the temporary beam 4, and a tip hose 11 is connected with its outer side end part. An inner side end part of each branched pipe 8 for pressure-feeding concrete supported on the temporary beam 4 through a bearing joint and a T-joint is connected with a downstream side end part of a pipe 13 for pressure-feeding concrete conducted from a concrete pump 12 to a central part of the steel roof 3. While revolving the temporary beam 4, concrete 16 is placed in the peripheral direction of the steel roof 3 from the tip hoses 11 arranged in both of its end parts, and then length of each branched pipe 8 for pressure-feeding concrete is sequentially reduced, and a position for placing concrete 16 is sequentially moved onto a central side of revolution.
