Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulbous bow effectively reducing damage to a shipping space of a collided ship during collision without changing a layout of a hull structure. SOLUTION: This bulbous bow 2 is formed by welding an inner shell steel plate to an outer shell steel plate. The yield strength U (MPa) of the outer shell steel plate, the yield strength I (MPa) of the inner shell steel plate, and the yield strength W (MPa) of weld metal in the welded portions of the outer shell steel plate and inner shell steel plate, satisfy formula (1);¾I-U¾≤70 MPa, formula (2); 0≤W-I≤100 MPa, and formula (3); 0≤W-U≤100 MPa.
