Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular rotating element device and vehicular rotating element control program for enabling an occupant to grip a grip part provided for a back door even in the case of a road with inclined surface in the front-rear direction of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicular rotating element device and the vehicular rotating element control program are provided with a flip-up type rotating element with the grippable grip part with an end side rotatably connected with the vehicle body in a vertical direction of the vehicle body, a positioning means for deciding a height of the grip part provided for the rotating element from the road surface as a predetermined height, a detection means for detecting an inclination angle of the front-rear direction of the vehicle and a control means for controlling the positioning means for arranging the height of the grip part from the road surface as not lower than a predetermined grippable height corresponding with the inclination angle detected by the detection means.
