Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joined article with at least three members joined to each other through joining films in which the members can be peeled off efficiently from each other by an easy method and a method for peeling the joined article. SOLUTION: With regard to the joined article, a first joining film 3 contains a first silicone material, by cutting a part of a molecular bond constituting the first silicone material by giving first peeling energy to the first joining film 3, first cleavage is produced in the first joining film 3, a second substrate 22 is made to be peeled off from a first substrate 21, a second joining film 4 contains a second silicone material different from the first silicone material, by cutting part of a molecular bond constituting the second silicone material by giving second peeling energy different from the first peeling energy to the second joining film 4, second cleavage is produced in the second joining film 4, and a third substrate 25 is made to be peeled off from the first substrate 21.
