GAS GRILL ROASTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas grill roaster equipped with a durable hot-heat cover adaptive to the heating temperature property of a gas burner. SOLUTION: Many dotted roof pieces (55) are louvered obliquely upward in a downward opening state from the whole of the conical body face (51) of the red heat cover (C) except the top area (Z1) thereof, so that a large number of same diathermal holes (54) are opened and distributed. In an area (Z3) wherein the conical body face (51) comparatively approaches a gas flame (F), the opening and distributing state of the diathermal holes (54) is set to low density where an adjacent interval pitch is large. In an intermediate area (Z2) wherein the conical body face (51)comparatively moves away from the gas flame (F), the opening and distributing state is set to high density where the adjacent interval pitch is small.
