Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly attractive headrest capable of easily inserting a frame member inside an skin member. SOLUTION: The headrest 1 is provided with: a frame member 4 for joining a pair of stays 2 with prescribed intervals at a base part 3; a skin member 7 which is provided with a unsewn part 5 almost as long as the gap between the pair of stays 2, with a plurality of skins 6 being sewn, and is formed into a bag; a stoppage member 9 which is arranged on both ends of the unsewn part 5 inside the skin member 7 in the state that the base part 3 is inserted in the skin member 7 so that the pair of stays 2 project outward from both ends of the unsewn part 5, goes through and grips a folded part 8 where the unsewn part 5 overlaps, and stops the unsewn part 5; and a foaming member 10 filled up in the skin member 7 via the unsewn part 5 which is not stopped by the stoppage member 9.
