Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing powder containing alcohol having abundant flavor of raw materials and having a high content of alcohol even using a small amount of a pulverizing base material to a liquid containing alcohol or having a high content of remaining alcohol even using a liquid with reduced content of alcohol. SOLUTION: Provided is a method for pulverizing by mixing the liquid containing alcohol with the pulverizing base material, wherein at least an alkenyl succinate starch prepared by esterification is used as the pulverizing base material.
