Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing apparatus, in simple configuration, capable of eliminating a common-mode noise caused by the number of power supply terms by fetching input signals in a fixed sampling term regardless of the number of terms of an AC power source. SOLUTION: In an A/D conversion means, within one operational term set to an arithmetic processing means, a first input signal is sampled iteratively certain times determined in accordance with a power supply frequency, and first and second input signals are carried out digital conversion respectively in a fixed term during which the second input signal can be sampled at least once. In an averaging processing means, an average value of digital conversion values of the first input signal sampled iteratively certain times determined in accordance with the power supply frequency is determined.
