MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, MOBILE ROUTER, HOME AGENT, COMMUNICATIONS TERMINAL, AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure location privacy in a communication terminal, and to optimize a transfer path for packets in a mobile communications network. SOLUTION: A mobile communication method has a step of encrypting a proxy location registering request that requests a location registration in a home agent, rather than a communication terminal; a step of transmitting the proxy location registering request encrypted to the home agent; and a step of registering location information of the communication terminal, based on the proxy location registering request received by the home agent. In the step of registering the location information, the location information is registered, based on a care-of address of a mobile router included in the proxy location registering request; the home address of the communication terminal included in the location registering request; and a shared address shared by the communication terminal and the mobile router are registered.
