Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out an efficient cleaning using a mist of cleaning solution sprayed from ejection holes of cleaning solution nozzles. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for manufacturing of a solid-state electrolytic capacitor having a capacitor element where a dielectric oxide film layer and a conductive high polymer cathode layer are formed on a surface of an anode body. It also relates to a cleaning method for cleaning an object placed in a dry mist of the cleaning solution sprayed from the ejection holes of the cleaning solution nozzles. In the cleaning method, the ejection holes of the cleaning solution nozzles are located in different directions so that sprays of the cleaning solution ejected from the ejection holes collide with each other to be made into a dry mist.
