Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode plate for a secondary battery, in which a water-based paste in an amount in which a crack or a peeling of a coated film does not occur is applied on a current collector and dried and then the water-based paste is repeatedly applied on the dried coated surface so as not to cause a crack and a peeling of the coated film and to increase the applied amount of the water-based paste per an apparent unit area of the current collector so that an electrode capacity can be increased. SOLUTION: The cathode plate of the secondary battery has, as a cathode active material layer, a coated film which can be obtained in a process in which a water-based paint, composed of iron lithium phosphate as a cathode active material, a conductive agent, a water soluble thickener, a bonding agent and a dispersing media of water are kneaded and dispersed, is applied on a current collector and dried, and the cathode plate has a multi-layered lamination composed of a plurality of the coated films.
