CONFERENCE SYSTEM, TERMINAL DEVICE, CONFERENCE SUPPORT SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conference support device, if any, requires time and effort for artificially registering conference participant authentication information in the device. SOLUTION: A device transmits and receives information to/from a conference support device for retaining registration information where authentication information for at least one user is associated with storage space information including material information and providing storage space information relevant to authentication information upon receipt of the authentication information; acquires e-mail mutually sent and received among users; identifies a user as a sender or recipient of an e-mail transmitted or returned in relation to the e-mail specified by a user among the acquired e-mails; and transmits the authentication information for the identified user to the conference support device to update the registration information.
