BIDIRECTIONAL DATA ARRANGEMENT SYSTEM, ACCESS ANALYSIS SERVER, DATA MOVEMENT SERVER, BIDIRECTIONAL DATA ARRANGEMENT METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional data arrangement system allowing data movement processing allowing suppression of data access speed reduction, in a low-cost storage system wherein a low-cost storage and a high-cost storage are combined. SOLUTION: In this bidirectional data arrangement system 1, an access analysis server 10 acquires a packet of communication between a client terminal 50 and an AP server 40, and writes access information according to an access frequency of each piece of data stored by a primary storage 41 and a secondary storage 42 into a database device 20 based on the acquired packet, and a data movement server 30 reads the access information stored in the database device 20, decides a movement destination of the data based on a decision condition of a setting file 33γ of a storage part 33, and bidirectionally moves the data between the primary storage 41 and the secondary storage 42.
