PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination of a beating surface, maintain durability, and embody a natural and good beating feeling. SOLUTION: When a first surface material 12 is thermally fused on a second surface material 20, the molten first surface material 12 enters the second surface material 20, and the first surface material 12 and the upper half of the second surface material 20 are integrally solidified to form a first layer part 21. When the formed temporary composite layer 20M1 is put in a metal mold 24, and rubber material 13 which is silicon rubber is foamed and solidified at the back 20Mb to form a body part 14, a boundary prt 23 is impregnated with the rubber material 13. Thus, a compound layer 20M2 is formed by the first layer part 21 and the second layer part 22M2 impregnated with the rubber material 13.
