Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for forming a film-like optical waveguide having excellent flame retardancy by being used for an optical waveguide body (core part and clad layers), and to provide the film-like optical waveguide. SOLUTION: In the optical waveguide in which the film-like optical waveguide has the core part and the clad layers, one or more of the core part and the clad layers include (B) a phosphazene compound expressed by a specific formula, and (C) a cured material of the photosensitive resin composition for the optical waveguide containing an optical radical polymerization initiator.
