Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate matter removing device in diesel exhaust gas having a high particulate matter removal rate, minimizing pressure loss, and further having easiness of manufacture with a simple structure composed of only plasma reactors. SOLUTION: Planer composite discharge plates 7 are formed by laminating dielectrics 11 underneath metallic discharge electrodes 10 having a plurality of holes 9. The composite discharge plates 7 are arranged on multiple stages and plasma discharge spaces 8 serving as processing gas passages are provided therebetween. The plasma reactors 5 in which the holes 9 of the discharge electrodes 10 are filled with rolling elements 12 are formed, and the plasma reactors 5 are provided inside a case body 2 through which the processing gas passes.
