Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for use in perfusion application. SOLUTION: At least two liquid compositions are infused, perfused and/or transfused into a subject or its derivative, such as an isolated organ or tissue. The first liquid composition is a plasma-like solution which does not contain a non-natural biological buffer liquid and also the second liquid composition is a liquid blood composition. Preferably, an additional amount of the first solution or its derivative is administered to a patient and thereafter the liquid blood composition is introduced. A kit and a system for carrying out the method are also provided. Then, the method and the composition are used in application of various kinds of perfusion containing treatments in hypothermic surgical applications, cold storage procedures, and the like.
