Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic which has excellent impact resistance, good usability and dispersibility without causing caking. SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic contains (a) a powder component and (b) a non-polar silicone oil having viscosity of ≥100 mPa s at 25°C. The powder component contains a silicone elastomer. The content of the oil component is 5-15 mass% of the total amount of the solid powder cosmetic. The content of the non-polar silicone oil is ≥60 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the oil component.
