SOLUTION: A curvature of a railway (R1) is decided in response to a yaw angular velocity and a running speed of a vehicle body (18) of a pendulum vehicle (10), a cant of the railway is decided on the basis of the statistical relation between the curvature and the cant of the railway (R1), an excess centrifugal acceleration is decided on the basis of the curvature and the cant, and a cant desired angle of a vehicle body (18) is decided in such a way that the excess centrifugal acceleration may be compensated.
