HIGH-EXPANSION FOAM FIRE EXTINGUISHING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-expansion foam fire extinguishing apparatus for producing and ejecting a fire extinguishing agent as foams to extinguish fire at a pit of an oil storage tank, a culvert in a petroleum industrial complex, a cabin, a hold of a ship, a car park, or a various kinds of hazardous substance facilities. SOLUTION: The high-expansion foam fire extinguishing apparatus includes: a foaming machine body 1 formed into a cylinder; a foaming net body 3 provided at a distal end side of the foaming machine body 1; and an emitting nozzle 4 which is provided on a rear end side and emits foam solution toward the foam net body 3. The high-expansion foam fire extinguishing apparatus is provided with a foaming net expansion/contraction mechanism for housing the foaming net body 3 inside the foaming machine body 2 in normal times and protruding the foaming net body 3 outward from an opening part on the distal end side of the foaming machine body 1 when ejecting the foam solution.
