Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food product which utilizes the efficacy of Miso (soybean paste) and is preferable for the health of throats or the like. SOLUTION: The health food product is obtained by adding the section portions of lotus root to raw Miso containing pine needles and a Hericium Erinaceum extract added thereto. The section portions of the lotus root may be obtained by cutting out only the section portions of the lotus root and then grinding the section portions. The pine needles are preferably added in an amount of about 5 mass% and the Hericium Erinaceum extract are added in an amount of about 5-10 mass% based on the Miso. The lotus is preferably added in an amount of about 8 mass% to the Miso, after the pine needles and the Hericium Erinaceum extract are added.
