Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve integration of porous solid electrolyte and solid electrolyte. SOLUTION: A first fine particle-containing solution is deposited on a desired base material, and the first fine particle-containing solution is dried to make up a first fine particle aggregate layer. Then, polymer particles are deposited on the first fine particle aggregate layer, in which, second fine particle-containing solution is filled so as to immerse the polymer particles. Later, the second fine particle-containing solution is dried to make a second fine particle aggregate layer with a number of polymer particles embedded. At this stage, a first structure precursor is completed. Then, the first structure precursor is taken out of the base material, and, through heat treatment (calcination treatment→sintering treatment), the first solid electrolyte structure with the porous solid electrolyte and a solid electrolyte dense body integrated is completed.
