Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium having a file or a data structure which enables management of reproduction of video data by using a multiple playback path as a base, and to provide an apparatus and method for recording and apparatus the data structure. SOLUTION: The recording medium includes a reproduction list directory area and at least one navigation information area. A reproduction list directory containing a plurality of reproduction list files is stored in the reproduction list directory area. Each reproduction list file identifies part of multiple playback path video data, and at least part of the reproduction list file is associated with a different playback path.
