Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic disk device capable of preventing an impact of a high frequency generated by thermal expansion difference of a parts connection part constituting a magnetic circuit by releasing stress. SOLUTION: A magnetic circuit assembly 25 provided with the magnetic disk device comprises a first yoke 30 with a magnet member located at an upper side attached thereto and a second yoke with a magnetic member located at lower side attached thereto, wherein one end of the first yoke 30 is fixed by a second fastening member 52 screwed in a threaded hole formed at one end of a base housing 12, and the other end of the second yoke is fixed by a first fastening member 51 screwed in a threaded hole formed at the other end of the base housing 12 so as to be a one side fastening configuration.
