TRAFFIC MONITORING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic monitoring system effectively using equipment, and performing traffic monitoring over a plurality of items including speeding, and reducing the costs of a device to be loaded on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A sign monitoring device transmits road traffic regulation information such as speed restriction, parking prohibition, one-way traffic, and no-trespassing, and a vehicle information declaration device loaded on a vehicle is provided with a violation decision means and a violation notification means for, when it is determined that an own vehicle violates the road traffic regulation, transmitting own vehicle identification information and violation information to a standard monitoring device.
