SOLUTION: This damper pulley 1 includes a pulley body portion 2 wound with a belt, a pulley boss portion 3 fixed to the crankshaft, and a damper portion 5 including a rubber elastic body 4 for transmitting a torque between the pulley body portion 2 and the pulley boss portion 3.
