Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restrained damping sheet excellent in oil surface adhesion, water resistance and solvent resistance wherein shifting and peeling are not caused even in a high temperature of a paint baking process of an automobile and even after being used for a long period of time and paste hardly remains when being peeled off. SOLUTION: The restrained damping sheet is provided with a restrain layer, a damping material layer and an adhesion agent layer and the damping material layer and the adhesion agent layer are structured by an isobutylene isoprene rubber as a main ingredient containing 40 mass% or more of toluene insoluble component which does not pass an 80-mesh.
