Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin composition, containing as a small amount of an organic solvent as possible or no amount thereof, having a long open time, exhibiting excellent adhesiveness especially even at a low temperature of about 30-60°C, and providing a laminate having excellent adhesive strength, hydrolysis resistance and thermal creep resistance. SOLUTION: The aqueous polyurethane resin composition is obtained by chain-extending a neutralized product of an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyfunctional compound (B) containing a polyol (B1) having a sulfone group and/or a sulfonate group, and another polyol (B2) and/or a chain extender (B3), with a polyisocyanate (A) so as to satisfy the condition represented by the following expression (1), by using a 0.05-3.0 mass% aqueous solution of a polyamine (C) having two or more amino groups and/or imino groups so as to satisfy the condition represented by the following expression (2), and simultaneously dispersing the resultant product in water: 100/80≤a/b≤100/50 (1); and 100/100≤a/(b+c)≤100/97 (2). In the expressions (1) and (2), (a) is the number of isocyanate groups (NCO) contained in the polyisocyanate (A); (b) is the number of hydroxy groups (OH) contained in the polyfunctional compound (B); and (c) is the total number of the amino groups (NH2) and the imino groups (NH) contained in the polyamine (C).
