LABEL FEEDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut out a label with high accuracy, not only to a label base material consisting of label segments with the same length but also to the label base material consisting of the label segments with different lengths in a label feeding apparatus. SOLUTION: A mark sensor 26 of the label feeding apparatus detects a mark attached to a definite relative position to a target cutting position on every label segment to the label base material. A controlling means 13 of the label feeding apparatus controls the conveying speed of a conveying mechanism 3 from a detecting signal obtained from the mark sensor 26. Concretely, the controlling means 13 adjusts a time when the mark reaches a cutting mechanism 4 along a conveying path of the label base material after one mark is detected by the mark sensor 26 by controlling the conveying speed, thereby coinciding the target cutting position set at the definite relative position to the mark with an actual cutting position by the cutting mechanism 4.
