Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking brake device of a motorcycle capable of adjusting looseness lengths of brake cables with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A single play adjusting part capable of adjusting the looseness lengths is provided in one of brake cables CC for rear wheels connected to an equalizer 33. The equalizer 33 is made turnable with a connecting part with a connecting rod 63 as a center and is arranged to be separate from an inner wall 61B1 of a casing 60 for storing the equalizer 33 in an initial state. When the looseness lengths of the brake cables CC for the rear wheels are adjusted by the single play adjusting part, the equalizer 33 is rotated and also the looseness length of an interlocking brake cable CB can be simultaneously adjusted.
