Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a design of an injection-molded article to avoid plastic deformation of the injection-molded article and a flaw of an undercut part in case of shaping the injection-molded article having the undercut part and taking out the same from a mold. SOLUTION: The supporting method of the design of the injection-molded article comprises calculating a stress generated on every portion of the injection-molded article in a deformation process when the injection-molded article is shaped and taken out from the mold (S3), judging whether or not there exists the portion where the calculated stress is larger than the plastic deformation judgment criteria (S4), displaying the portion on a screen when it is judged that such a portion exists (S9), calculating elastic recovery force working on the undercut part in a mold release process when it is judged that such a portion does not exist (S5), judging whether or not the calculated elastic recovery force is larger than the judgment criteria (S6), and displaying the judgment result on the screen when it is judged that the calculated elastic recovery force is larger than the judgment criteria (S12).
