Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for improving the vibration resistance of a connecting section among the front tip sections of a pigtail for a brush and a conductive plate and for surely preventing the disconnections of the front tip sections of the pigtail. SOLUTION: The motor is composed of a cylindrical yoke fixing magnets on an inner peripheral surface while housing an armature and a holder stay 20 forming a through-hole 20a penetrating a commutator 18 fitted to an armature shaft 17 for the armature at a center. The motor is further composed of the brushes 22 housed in a freely projecting and retracting manner to and from each brush holder 21 oppositely fitted so as to hold the through-hole 20a of the holder stay 20, the pigtails 23 implanting base end sections 23a to the brushes 22 and the conductive plates 27 and 28 arranged to the holder stay 20. In the motor, the front tip sections 23b of the pigtails 23 and the conductive plates 27 and 28 are connected electrically. In such a motor, the electrical connecting sections among the front tip sections 23b of the pigtails 23 and the conductive plates 27 and 28 are coated with an adhesive. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
