Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit which generates both a positive voltage and a negative voltage. SOLUTION: This charge pump circuit includes a plurality of boosting transistors which are connected to diodes, and connected to one another in a vertical row in multiple stages, and a capacitor element connected to a connecting point of the boosting transistors. The charge pump circuit inputs a voltage to the boosting transistor in the foremost stage, alternately applies a clock signal and a reverse clock signal to the other end of the capacity element, and outputs an output voltage from a source of the boosting transistor at the final stage.
