Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of reducing the degradation of image quality due to smear while reducing the decline of a frame rate due to smear correction when photographing moving images without adding a complicated circuit. SOLUTION: In an imaging part 304 which is a solid-state imaging element, from a plurality of light receiving parts 102 arrayed in a matrix shape and provided with a photoelectric conversion function, pixel signals and smear signals are thinned in the vertical direction and read so as to be arranged horizontally in one line in the horizontal direction on a vertical CCD 103. Then, the smear signals for one row and the pixel signals for one row are transferred through the vertical CCD 103 so as to be arranged alternately to a horizontal transfer line. Further, a set of the smear signals and the pixel signals are continuously read without resetting the charge of a charge detection part 105. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
