Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably cope with variation in transmission delay even when a communication path in use is changed. SOLUTION: A voice packet communication section 11 which communicates voice packets encoded, based on a predetermined voice encoding algorithm, while using one communication path at one point of time from among a plurality of communication paths differing in transmission delay includes: a detection unit 2, which detects the communication path in use being changed based on change in arrival order of voice packets and variation in transmission delay; a changing unit 3, which changes the voice encoding algorithm based on change contents of the communication path; a regeneration buffer 4 for accumulating a voice signal to be reproduced; an adjustment unit 5, which adjusts the regeneration buffer length, by expanding or contracting the voice signal accumulated in the regeneration buffer 4, a superposition unit 6 which superposes a second voice signal at an expansion/contraction section of the voice signal, after the regeneration buffer length adjustment, and a regeneration unit 7 which regenerates the accumulated voice signal.
