ELECTRIC APPARATUS WITH BUILT-IN CURRENT TRANSFORMER AND SHORTING PLUG FOR CURRENT TRANSFORMER PROTECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current transformer that protects shorting plug for protecting current transformer of an electrical apparatus, with a built-in current transformer to be used by being connected to an outlet, disposed on the case of the electrical apparatus with the built-in current transformer. SOLUTION: The electric apparatus is provided with the shorting plug 6 for shorting a plurality of terminals of an electrical outlet 4, by being inserted to the outlet 4 which is attached to the case of the electric apparatus 3 and the terminals of which from 402a to 402e are connected to the secondary side of the current transformer. The shorting plug 6 includes its plug body 600, made of insulating resin which is to be inserted to the outlet, having a plurality of terminal receiving holes, to which the respective plurality of male-type terminals of the outlet 4 from 402a to 402e are received; and a ring-shaped contact conductor 605, inserted into a ring-shaped groove 603, disposed in the outer periphery of the plug body, wherein the contact conductor inserted to the ring-shaped groove shorts between the plurality of male-type terminals, by contacting from the outside of the plurality of the male type terminals, from 402a to 402e which are received in the terminal-receiving holes.
