WINDING COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding component that has a simple, compact structure, allows surface-mounting onto a wiring board, and can cope with large currents. SOLUTION: At an outer periphery of a support 1, into which a core 6 is inserted, a plurality of conductors 3 in an open circular ring shape, where both ends 3a, 3b are separated on a lower surface 1a of the support 1 placed on a wiring board B are wound, while being inclined with respect to an axis so that the end face of one edge 3a of each is closely opposed to that of the other end 3b of an adjacent conductor 3. A coil having a plurality of turns is formed, by connecting one end 3a to the other end 3b, on a plurality of straight conductive patterns 10, formed in parallel with the wiring board B.
