PRECURSOR LIQUID FOR FORMING TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precursor liquid for forming a transparent conductive film, which has an excellent storage stability and excellent conductivity and transparency as well by applying the liquid to a substrate and conducting an annealing treatment. SOLUTION: The precursor liquid for forming the transparent conductive film contains (A) a reaction product formed by a titanium compound reacted by hydrogen peroxide and (B) a reaction product formed by a niobium compound or a tantalum compound reacted by hydrogen peroxide, and contains a solvent having a specific structure as expressed in a general formula (1) for example.
